Tanishka Gangavelli

Tanishka Gangavelli (she/her) is a first-year student at UCLA studying Anthropology with a focus on human health. She joined UAEM UCLA as part of the communications team because of her passion for advancing equity within global health systems through student led advocacy. Beyond UAEM, Tanishka is a research assistant in a biological anthropology lab at UCLA and works on healthcare focused consulting projects, where she analyzes healthcare access and delivery in the MedTech space. In her free time, she enjoys dance, writing poetry, traveling, and reading.
