Emily Sanderson, Executive Director Europe

Emily is an international health policy advocate with a proven track record of challenging the policies that drive health inequity and fuel pandemics, particularly those targeting people living with HIV and LGBTQ+ communities. Their path to this work began in student and workers' rights organising. They went on to serve as National Organiser for the Student Global AIDS Campaign, and later as Senior Coordinator for Grassroots Advocacy at Health GAP, where they helped win increased funding for the U.S. global AIDS response. Emily is a former member of ACT UP NY, a co-founder of PrEP4All, and is based in Berlin.
