Alan Zhu

Alan is an incoming second-year Medical Sciences student at Western University. Dedicated to healthcare equity, he joined Western's UAEM chapter to facilitate campus events before expanding his advocacy to the UAEM North American Report Card Committee.

Beyond UAEM, Alan is involved in frugal biomedical research at Western to develop accessible innovations for health research and diagnostics. A strong believer in equitable community support, he also volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross to provide equitable emergency relief to those impacted by disasters. Alan looks forward to advancing UAEM’s mission and connecting with fellow advocates.
