Sarah Turner

Sarah Turner is a Pharmaceutical Project Manager at the California Department of Health Care Access & Information. She leads the CalRx® insulin and albuterol initiatives and supports the research of future target drug opportunities for CalRx. Sarah has 18 years of experience in state government and is skilled in health care project management, program design, and technical writing. She has previously held positions at the California Department of Public Health, Commission for Behavioral Health, Department of State Hospitals, and California State Prison in Los Angeles County. She is passionate about uplifting the consumer’s voice in her work to improve medication access and affordability for all Californians.
