A conversation about Global Access to Medicines
UAEM North America partnered with Generation Patient and co-hosted a session on Global Access to Medicines on October 1, 2022. The session was part of the 2022 Virtual Health Advocacy Summit-- a free, international event for young adults with chronic conditions, hosted by Generation Patient (a nonprofit created by and for young adult patients). The summit featured UAEM's own Coordinating Committee members, Anmol Gupta and Navya Desari. Check the video below.

UAEM's Free the Vaccine for COVID-19 team led the DC Rally on October 28, 2021 in Washington DC, demanding that the leaders at G20 lift vaccine patents, share the technology, let ALL countries make their own vaccine and equitably redistribute existing vaccines.
